As I wrote previously, additional steps were necessary. Restarting the system was sufficient to determine that everything can run smoothly. FDM-SW2 CPU use now was 15%, total CPU usage at 23%. The data aquisition frequency of the software was set to 1536 kHz, the bandwidth of the recording is at 1228 kHz. This is the maximum amount of bandwidth to record stuttering free. After rebooting also Audioengine D1 was detected. The driver must be set in the FDM SW2 settings previously. Sometimes a restart of the software is required.
A direct, permanently connection of the hard drive to the OTG hub is impossible. For this, the power supply does not seem sufficient enough.
Coming to the display: 10 inches is not enough to display the entire software interface. It lacks the buttons on the bottom right for the broadcast bands. But with this disadvantage one can live.
Difficult it is also the
ELADFDM-CSVUserlisBrowser display on the same screen. One remedy be to fix the browser with some kind of software nail (
nail it).
I will come back again on various settings later on the blog. If someone has questions about the operation, the comments section may be used for it.
All test ran under mains power connection and do not have any evidence of interference of the voltage converter, which is used in the remote station.
